I am a bit disappointed with my hairstylist's service to be honest. I read good reviews online, and thought I'd give it a try. I did not know which stylist to pick as they all seem to be good. I picked J who has the availability on Friday.

Dont get me wrong - She is professional and courteous. However, she was not very attending to details: 1. she did not rub my scalp carefully when washing the hair. After applying the conditioner, there was still some conditioner leaving near my ear after washing it. 2. It took her longer time to blow dry my hair (nicely) than actually cutting/trimming it. I have had great hair service from other places where the stylist would take 40-50mins to cut the hair section by section and make sure they look well. However, she only cut a few sections for at most 15mins in total... I highly doubt my hair would look as nice as then if i don't blow dry them nicely every day... 3. She tried to cut it by section, but compared to the good service I had before, she was not very detail oriented. I saw that she just roughly cut the hair by sections, not little by little...

Overall, I am a bit disappointed. Maybe the other two stylist would be better? I am thinking if I should give them a try next time. If I do, I hope this stylist don't take it personally... She still has a...

My hair was a hot mess! Just look at the before and after photos (don't just take my word for it). I get anxious trying new salons because of my poor experiences in the past where the hairstylist was rude and the environment was unwelcoming. but when I came to jenny, she made me feel really comfortable and made the whole experience extremely positive! she was very professional and made sure throughout the session that she was open to any changes I wanted! she did such a phenomenal job w/ my hair and i got exactly what i asked for. i’m for sure going to set more appointments specifically with her in the future! thanks for making me feel...
