Sumpters jewelry is a good place to buy a watch but there is so much here I just have to describe it . The gentleman that actually works on the watches name is Marco Deillon. Recently, I took Marco two Omega Seamasters that for a lot of reasons meant the world to me. I have dealt with watch repair technicians before but never in my 63 years have I known one that had the technical capability of Marco. This man was so worth just getting to talk to. If you think the job Marco does is no big deal then I highly recommend you taking the time to watch a you tube video on what it takes to work on an Omega Seamaster Chronograph. The work Marco does on a timepiece is remarkable to say the least. As I said these two Omegas meant the world to me and I trusted Marco an I am a fairly decent judge of character. He repaired these two Omegas and now they work with impeccable precision and I’m not even mentioning how they both looked when he got done with them. They actually look better and work more precise than they did the day I bought them new. I can’t say enough as to this is the man you want to have work on your watch, regardless if it is a Rolex, Breitling, Tag, whatever the watch you can leave it with Marco at Sumpters and know damn well your watch will be repaired an or serviced perfectly, professionally and with care. He does EXACTLY as he says he will. I love watches and have had quite a few of the nicer ones. In fact I still have every watch I have bought since the time I was 17 years old. And looking back when I think about it their is no other person in the entire world that I would rather have repair or service my watches than Mr. Marco Deillon . Today I went in dumpsters to get my necklace fixed.. they switched out my necklace for one that did not belong to me..I told them before I even left the store and of course they denied switching it out. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL, VERY DISHONEST. REPLYING TO YOUR RESPONSE... WHY WASN'T I OFFERED THAT SAME ENERGY WHEN I WAS IN YOUR STORE DURING THE FIRST VISIT. AFTER SHORTLY LEAVING YOUR STORE I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK TO YOU, I ASKED WHO AM I SPEAKING TO TWICE , YOU REFUSED TO TELL ME WHO YOU WERE THAN YOU OR WHO EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE PUT NE ON HOLD TO SWITCH ME TO SOME ONE ESLE THEY SAID HELLO AND HUNG UP.. I THAN RETURNED TO THE STORE TO SHOW YOU A PICTURE OF MY NECKLACE ON MY PHONE I PREVIOUSLY TOOK TO SHOW YOU HOW IT DIDN'T LOOK THE SAME.. YOU THAN GOT OFFENDED AND THAN TRIED TO MAKE IT SEEM AS I DON'T KNOW WHAT MY NECKLACE LOOKED LIKE THAT I'VE HAD FOR OVER A DECADE. I have been doing business with Sumpter’s Jewelry in Charlotte, NC now for well over 10 years (mostly for certified Rolex servicing, custom Rolex polishing, and many other things regarding selling and buying Rolex products); and the quality of work that they provide is second to none. More importantly, I personally trust Mr. Sumter as I have spoken direct to him on numerous occasions, and he was 100% honest with me on each occasion. With regard to certified Rolex servicing, no Rolex that I own now, or ever own in the future will ever be serviced by anyone other than Marko who is part of the Sumter’s Staff. I even have all of my friends in touch with Marko direct for Rolex servicing, and again, I will not use another option for Rolex Service, repair, customization, questions regarding the market for Rolex watches, or anything else regarding my collection of fine watches other than Marko.
