Came in at like 9:30pm they close at 10. Also at 9pm I tried to place an online order but it said the store was no longer accepting online orders Wanted just two hot and ready style pizzas. One lady was outside on the phone when we walked in and was visibly angry that we came in. They told us that we could only get cheese or pepperoni which was fine, that was what we wanted. They reluctantly took our order and allowed us to pay. Then gave us definitely undercooked pizzas but I just wanted to get out of there. While we were leaving a man tried to come in (it is 9:40pm at this point) and they told him they were closed. In fact they locked the door as soon as we left! They closed 20 minutes early and turned away 4 customers in the time that it took us to get in the car and pull out of the parking lot. One of which was checking his watch because the door had the hours posted. I 100% understand being done for the day, but you just turned away business for no reason. (They had friends inside the place they they also kept in when they locked up) If I owned the store I would be upset by the lost profit. Especially in times like these when people need a more affordable place to eat and that is what Little Caesars is supposed to be. **Bonus: Some people don't notice this but the dumpster area outside was disgusting. Read moreI’ve had two incidents where I’ll never patronize their restaurant again. I am a 3rd grade teacher and we order pizzas a lot for the students. The first unpleasant experience was when our beverages weren’t delivered. I contacted the manager(Andre) and he was extremely rude and dismissive. He never apologized or attempted to fix the problem. I asked for the Regional Manager and she offered me two free pizzas but I never utilized the offer. The second issue was yesterday. I placed an order for 10 pizzas, 5 pepperoni and 5 cheese. Andre began speaking over me that they followed the online order. After his rude rant he finally asked the cook and confirmed that the order was incorrect. He never apologized but did offer the Regional Manager. Jennifer called me and was apologetic but defended Andre stating that she’s never received a complaint about him. I reminded her that I’ve complained about his rude customer service skills once before. She guaranteed that I would receive a refund and she would call me back. That call never came and I am forced to file a complaint with my bank and the Better Business Bureau. Read moreThis location is Ghetto ran by KIDS!!! I ordered ahead and went to the pizza portal I only had 1 Box of pizza. I was missing another box, crazy bread and my 2 liter. The girls at the front were having their own conversation about a girls brother, while taking an ordered. Different people kept coming in, some customers that came in had gotten their wrong order so now they had to wait as well. The girls kept leaving the front register for whatever reason. This location definitely needs more adults that actually know what they are doing instead of ran by teenagers. Even the supervisor/manager looked like she was in high school.
