Burger King — Restaurant in Charlotte

God will reinstate Satan to angel status before I eat here again!!!!! Went thru the drive thru ordered the French toast meal, pulled to first window and paid, get to second window and get told I have to wait a few minutes for French toast which is IRRITATING, TELL ME THAT AT THE SPEAKER AND NOT AFTER I HAVE PAID MY MONEY!!!!!! I MAY NOT HAVE TIME TO WAIT WHICH I REALLY DIDNT!! While waiting for my food I noticed other cars coming thru drive thru are having to pull around and wait also. Also noticed it wasn't any customers AT ALL in the inside so what are we waiting for?? Ooooh we where waiting for one staff member to come out and buy weed from someone, I watched staff member walk out to a car parked right beside me, watched driver pull weed out of bag, weigh it on a scale, exchange weighed weed for money with employee. We were also waiting for whatever one employee was doing on phone walking back and forth in lobby area. We were also waiting for a 3rd employee to come back in from doing whatever in the back of the building. He had a apron on so now I'm like is he the cook?? And is that why we are waiting on food, because he ain't in there cooking it??? Finally a 4th employee comes out, hands me my bag I take it and go. Get up the road, pull out syrup, open it, grab a French toast stick, dip it in syrup, bite it and it's undone!!!! Grabbed each stick, broke them and all of them were raw on the inside!!!! Paid my hard eared money for raw food at sloth speed!!! I was some kinda hot!!!! I was so hot I thought my seat was gonna melt!!!!! Didn't have time to turn back I run a business I got a schedule to keep. I WILL NEVER PUT ONE TIRE ON THEIR PREMISES...

I really used to enjoy a flame broiler burger from Burger King, but not today. So I decided to get the Impossible burger combo on the Hawaiian bun and the kiddo ordered 4 tacos. The burger was cold and on a potato bun. DO NOT ORDER THE TACOS. My kid, who loves to eat, didn't like them. One of the employees said he didn't like them either. The fries were hot because I asked for no salt. The rep on the register looked and performed as if she would have rather been elsewhere. Last but not least, it too almost 16 minutes to get my order. This is not a hyperbole!!! It literally too 15:57 and why? I'm glad you asked because no one dropped the fries. I saw 2 incorrect orders going back as waste. I was ticket #37. They were working #42 before I received my order. The best part is NO ONE apologized for the inconvenience. I wasn't asking for a discount nor anything free;just some good ole CUSTOMER SERVICE 101. No worries, BK... I'll stick with Bad Daddy's Burger until they alter the integrity of their food or service.

Young lady at the register overcharge me for a 2 for 6. They extremely slow. 3 customers in the dining room and drive thru was backed up. They stand around and talk instead of doing what they are paidto do. The night manager is just as bad. Then she handed me my bag and stayed have a goodnight. Really. where are my fries. oh we waiting on fries. Fries came up and she's just standing there running her mouth. young lady working drive thru told her. give the lady her fries. She then stated they just came up. At this point I am infuriated so. not only did you not get my order right from the beginning now you are wasting my time. I asked for a refund and left. My opinion. everything in there should be fired except the young lady at the drive thru. Well member take my business here ever. Same thing happens when i do pick ups for grub hub. I don't deliver from here anymore for the same reason. a...
