I am highly disappointed with my experience at the Subway inside the Walmart on Wilkinson Blvd. When I arrived the fountain had to be turned on and when I tried to get my lemonade it was straight water so I had to go with two Cokes instead which I did not want. My Footlong #6 The Boss was just okay, my cookies were great, the Footlong Cookie was excellent, the Snack Pepperoni was okay but quite dry and I cannot confirm but the wrap used tasted a bit out of date.
Now my biggest and most extreme disappointment is with the No Bready Bowls Combo: Protein Bowl Tuna. For the $12.38 it cost, I should have had no issues. I am only just now getting to it as it was supposed to be for dinner which is why I didn't notice the issue until 7:30pm. My Tuna Bowl had everything except the actual tune! How ridiculous is that, who would have thought I would have had to check the bowl to see if the tuna was actually on there?
No customer should be expected to or have to do that. I dumped the tuna bowl into my own glass bowl digging through the lettuce looking for the absent tuna, to make sure I wasn't missing it... I wasn't, the tuna just wasn't there. I am so pissed about this, because it just doesn't make any sense... how do you forget the main ingredient of the dish?... TUNA! I took pictures of the absence of my tuna and how foolish the whole thing looked. I spent $38.04 on a subpar Subway order, and it is a shame that the best part was the least healthy part... the cookies.
I was so looking forward to this bowl, my mouth was watering for it and here it is no freakin' tuna in what is supposed to be a tuna bowl... I just don't understand the foolishness that has taken place with my order. I am not usually a complainer, but this is insane and most irritating. Read moreI stopped by this location after shopping in Walmart. There was only one person working and she had quite a few customers to service. I waited patiently 10 to 15 minutes easily. When she got to me, I wanted to be extra nice because I had just witnessed how busy she was. Before giving my order, I simply said "Hi, how are you?" Her response was next order. I figured that maybe she didn't hear me so I repeated "Hi, how are you?" She looked at me and said "I am busy, next order." I was taken completely off guard but decided that I would not accept service feom someone so rude...especially when I was being nice and understanding. I walked away saying, "I don't want you fixing my order." She began getting loud with me. Totally uncalled for and unappreciated! And let me not fail to mention that the customer in front of me was someone she apparently knew because she carried on a personal conversation and did not charge them...

Well this location didn't have the dressing I normally get on my salad, this location didn't wafer crackers. This location only give you 2 small ice cream scoops of tuna.
