My husband shops at DTLR frequently but never shopped at the DTLR on 3250 Wilkinson Blvd up until our normal DTLR store in Belgate shopping center did not have the Limited Release 40 Below Super Timberlands at there store so we called around and they said they had two pair left ONLY at the one on Wilkinson in a size 11 and size 9. So we rushed over to the store on Wilkinson before it closed and didn't have much time to even try the boot on so we just bought it and came home wrapped it and placed it under our Christmas tree on the day of 12/22/2016 up until the shoe was opened and tried on the morning of Christmas day 12/25/2016 (Like you would normally do when trying on in the store). My husband was very unsatisfied and went back to the store 12/26/2016 when we both noticed we were sold a DISPLAY Shoe and the boot was way too big but with marks and TONGUE PART OF SHOE WAS DIFFERENT From the other boot. AS HE WALKED BACK INTO THE STORE ASKING FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT BECAUSE $260 DOLLARS WAS SPENT ON A BOOT THAT CAN'T BE WORN THE "STORE MANAGER VICTORIA" WAS VERY NASTY AND RUDE LAUGHING IN MY HUSBANDS FACE AND TOLD HIM HE COULD NOT RETURN THE SHOES THAT WAS NEVER WORN. Remind you the shoe doesn't have any wear on the bottom due to not being worn at all. Victoria laughed with another associate AND CURSED A COUPLE OF TIMES when was asked for a print out of the receipt due to myself misplacing the receipt as closing out wrapping up gifts that night. She replied, "I don't know who told you that was possible" with vulger language, then printed a regular piece of paper out with my receipt on it" I am so disappointed in the experience received at the DTLR on Wilkinson and I would not recommend ANYBODY shop here. I've never experienced this type of behavior and trust me I will go above and beyond until this situation is handled and I will not stop until Victoria is dealt with accordingly. Nobody spending their money should ever have to deal with this type of dysfunctional staff or "Management team" that is not how management should act I know because I am a manager myself. DO...
