Came here on a whim with a group of friends, as we were just passing through. We did see the promotion on Instagram ahead of time, so we decided to give it a try. Was really looking forward to it, as i love a good iced chai. Unfortunately, this chai was extremely disappointing.
It tasted like the very top of an iced chai: watered down, a weak flavor profile, no richness, and overall just incredibly underwhelming. I’m no chai connoisseur despite my love of the stuff, but I wouldn’t be able to recommend this place off the flavor of the chai. This is pretty important considering it’s the main appeal of the place. I was also really looking forward to trying the chai ice cream sandwiches in the future, but now I’m reluctant because of my experience.
Seems to be a fairly new establishment, so i hope they improve on things in the future!
A couple side notes: The customer service was great, and the design of the building is very nice. The cups are cute and social media worthy. The location is along the side of a busy road, so it’s very...

The boutique is a delightful mix of handmade charm and local finds. Half is a crafty haven, with jewelry being made right on site (with custom options too!), and the other half tempts you with dreamy candles, incense, and scattered treasures that make you want to explore every shelf.
Just between the shop and The Chai Window is the cutest little nook perfect for reading, journaling, or simply sipping and relaxing. It’s cozy, calm, and full of warm, welcoming vibes.
I ordered an iced chai and liked the sweet detail of a real flower taped to the cup. Such a small thing, but it made me smile big. The chai itself was perfectly refreshing and full of flavor for a hot summer day.
Whether popping in for a quick sip or staying a while to soak in the cozy vibes, The Chai Window is a spot worth...
Read moreThis was quite a unique experience. First, you need eagle eyes to find it. The address is only posted on the mailbox. They also have two signs in the yard. Otherwise, you'll need to circle around the block to find it. As this was once a house, the driveway served as the entrance and exit to the backyard, which was covered into their parking lot.
The Chai Window is literally a window on the side of the house. There are two small tables inside for you to sit and drink your chai. Yet, the main attraction is the jewelry and home decor room.
With that side, I felt the drinks were an afterthought. While they offered hot or iced chai, they did not offer any add-ons such as syrups or different flavors. They did have a chai ice cream sandwich and popsicle on the menu. However, they were sold out when I went. Overall, I might try a drink or sweet treat if I were attending one of their event. Otherwise, I would recommend a traditional tea...
