I didn’t even want to give them one star but...

Their quality of work is horrible and they will cheat you out your money. I asked for a specific style, when I showed them the style they said they would do it for 75 because it was five big braids and five small braids with hair included cool! When she starts my hair I noticed it wasn’t the feeding braid style, okay cool as long as it looks close to the style and neat I’m cool. Mind you she kept asking to see the picture soooooo at that moment she should’ve told me she didn’t know how to the style. When she was finished it NOTHING like the style I showed them. She gave me six sloppy braids (mind you it took her four hours to do a sloppy job of braiding six braids while using black jell( that does not hold any type of natural hair)), so when I was done I asked what was the new price she still said 75 and when I looked at her with disgust on my face all she could say way “it’s okay, but it’s still 75.” So I asked her to explain to me why I’m paying 75 on a style I did not ask for. She didn’t have anything to say. Now my hair got done last Thursday here it is NOT even a week and my two back braids are already coming apart, my bun is coming apart. I don’t know what type of professional braiding skills or customer service skills that they have but they need to get it together. Now I see why they don’t have customers at all ! I’ve been going to this business for years, and just recently I had an issue with customer service. Don’t tell a customer to be there at 10 when u know ur going to be 5-10 minutes late. U are LATE when u come in after 10 and have to open the door, turn on the lights or do whatever u need to do… ur not starting hair as soon as u get in. The owner stated she would call as soon as she got to the store to check her schedule for rescheduling. Instead of calling back after 10am she called back after 7 pm. Girl bye, ur late and I’m not chasing u down when u stated u would contact the customer. Won’t be patronizing this business any longer… they are not loyal to regular customers. I took my daughter who has special needs to get her hair braided for the first time in years due to a very traumatic unwelcome event with a braiding salon. This establishment is very intimate and personal. Very welcoming as well as professional, patient and caring for all who enter. I greatly appreciate the understanding, and patience given to my daughter. I have made myself a hair appointment as well and we will become regular clients.
