I order 2 large pizza's, bread stick, chicken wings, and pasta for my family on-line. When I places my order on-line, the order act like it went thru and then act like it didnt. I places my order on-line at 925pm. I then decided to call the local store which is closer to my house(stateville ave). I receive the call center that was picking up the calls for the stores. I spoke with one of the Rep. And I ask him did my order go thru. The process page of tracking the pizza froze up on me. And not sure did my payment go thru. He said he would transfer me to the store, and i can speak to some one in there. I then waited about 10 to 15mins on hold and NO ONE EVERY CAME TO THE PHONE. I then hung up and continue to dial the store number. Still no answer. I decided to just wait it out to see if it would be delivery.The time is now 948pm. I then received a call from the store around 958pm, telling me that they DIDN'T HAVE ANY DRIVERS FOR THE NIGHT, and I have the options of cancelling my order or picking it up. I ask the guy how long b4 it would be ready?.he told me about 15 to 25 min I can come pick it up. I waited about 1020pm to go pick my order up because it was a storm and tornado warning in the area and it was pouring rain like crazy. When i arrived to the store there were two more people in the store waiting on there order. The young lady finally got to me and ask me what was my name. I told her my name on the order. I ask her was my order ready because i seen what just happen to the people orders that was ahead of me. B4 I pay can you go see if mines is back there and ready. The young lady went to the back and came back to the register. And she said that my order wasnt back there, not ready. I ask her why!? . I been waiting and told her the guy said 15 to 25 mins. And come pick it up because yall didnt have no drivers. She said she couldnt tell me what happen to my order. That it got loss back there or they didnt make it. I can cancels or wait on the order. I place my order at 925pm now it is almost 1035pm. I just walked out the store. The two people in front of me were done the same way. Read moreLONG POST I was so excited when this pizza hut first opened up because everyone knows there isn't another pizza place in the area that delivers beside dominos and hungry howies and i don't eat from hungry howies and for some reason dominos will not deliver to me. But anyways this particular pizza hut is a disappointment time and time again. Yesterday i ordered the big dinner box I wanted a pepperoni lovers pizza a ultimate cheese lover pizza pasta and cheesesticks about 20-30 mins after i placed my order the store manager called me and informed me that they didn't have any cheesesticks or any pasta so he said he could replace the items with boneless wings. ok cool. then i asked him how long would it be he promised that everything else was done he just has to cook my boneless wings. ya'll i work 3rd shift so i ended up falling asleep waiting for this food my food didn't get her til after 5. that's a long time just for some boneless wings to be cooked but i didn't notice the time until i woke up to clock in for work at 10 then i go to get me a slice of pizza one of the pizzas have chicken on it the other was a regular pepperoni the pasta that they didn't have was burnt and the honey bbq boneless wings was drowned in bbq sauce and they were under cooked. So at this point i'm so upset i call the store to try to speak to the same manager that called me i called 3x knowing they close at 11 nobody picked up the phone but the call center agent that kept transferring me. Read moreI ordered a pizza for delivery. When delivered, I immediately opened the box, and it looked like the pizza had been dropped and thrown back in the box. I gave it right back to the delivery driver. I contacted the Sunset Road store and asked to speak with the manager. The person who answered the phone told me the manager was busy. It was not until I stated, "As a customer, I ordered a pizza, paid for it and added a tip, and you are not going to let me speak with a Manager," that he got the manager. I spoke with Liz. She initially did not give her name and immediately had an attitude. I asked her if the employee told her my issue, and she stated they were out of dough and could give me a credit. She was very short with me and rude. I told her I didn't want a credit. She said, well I don't know what you want me to do. I informed her she was being rude and trying to rush me off the phone. I didn't want a credit. She again stated I don't know what you want me to do. I told her not to be rude and try to rush me off the phone. She then stated she was refunding my card as we spoke. Just because you say, have a good day does not negate the fact that you were rude. I told her I'm not the one in the wrong here. Her actions were unprofessional.
