It really does not surprise me that this location only has 2.8 stars out of 5 that should tell you something about Wells Fargo! They care 0 about customer satisfaction and really just want your money they don't care about their customers. I went into cash a check and like every Wells Fargo you go to now they only have two tellers but the lady was rude unprofessional very unorthodox didn't smile didn't greet me wasn't pleasant and just had a nasty attitude and that's all of Wells Fargo's that's all of their locations people. Take your money out of Wells Fargo and go to one of these little banks like I do customer service is 5 out of five I mean they go over and beyond for their customers as wells fargo dont give a crap bout anybody they just want your money. And there are so many more benefits to banking with a smaller bank than banking with Wells Fargo who doesn't care anymore. I bank with 5th 3rd bank and it's the best! It's far more superior than Wells Fargo is The customer service is out of this world they're organized their professional they're courteous they smile they're happy to see you unlike Wells Fargo. My husband and I tried to deposit a financial aid check and were refused the first time, we were told to contact my school. The check was fine, I called my school in the parking lot, went back inside and it went through just fine. Really there was probably some stigma or prejudice against my husband and I, perhaps because we weren't dressed fancy or because we are a mixed couple. At the end of the day I'm not sure why things were made to be so difficult but we won't be going back to that branch. I deposit this exact check every semester into his account, even at this exact branch last semester. Read moreI hate that they're a "too big to fail bank" and all the evils that come with it, because I've known lots of great people that do their best for customers, but I guess being that big has its downfalls. Putting politics and all the bad (and largely deserved) press aside, my experience with them banking has always been exceptional. Love the app, the AI messages, the many locations, and my limited experiences calling in have always ended quickly and satisfactorily.
