Very courteous staff. Cozy and clean place with a huge outdoor area. The food we ordered was okay. Not delicious tasty. They serve typical Brazilian meals but not the typical Brazilian flavor. The natural orange juice and the French bread & butter were the best items from our order. The price is high for the food they offer, which is not exceptional. Our bill was $70.00 for: Coffee, bread&butter, Xcalabresa, Xchurrasco, two desserts, two juices.

If you're looking for authentic Brazilian flavors, BRCafe is the place to be! The food is absolutely fantastic, bursting with rich, vibrant flavors that truly represent the heart of Brazilian cuisine. From the traditional feijoada to the perfectly cooked picanha, every dish is crafted with care and attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a great meal with friends or family. Highly recommend!

This review is super late. I stopped by on the night of Tuesday, 11-15-22. I wanted a snack after watching a movie. There did not seem to be a lot of people who spoke English. The time stamp on my pictures is 9:03 pm, so I would have been there after 8 pm. I had the cheese bread, a version of flan, and some candy. The flan seemed to taste more of sweet condensed milk than a custard, but it was ok.

Quero esclarecer alguns pontos.

Please be more considerate with your outdoor music. You guys are located directly behind residential housing and CONSTANTLY play loud music outside. You kept me up until 2am last night all I could hear inside my house was BOOM BOOM BOOM from your outdoor subwoofer. Today during the day it’s the same. Next time I will call the police and report the noise violation but it really shouldn’t come to that. We love having you guys in the neighborhood but please be considerate with your outdoor music.

Update to your response- I didn’t call the police it was probably one of my neighbors. There is an entire neighborhood behind your restaurant. That being said, it’s good to know you are doubling down on your stance on outdoor music. When it happens again I’ll skip the police and call code enforcement instead. I am absolutely certain that your property is not zoned for outdoor music. It was a simple request but I’m happy to escalate to regain our peace. You wouldn’t want subwoofers playing behind your...

We visited BR Café in Charlotte because their website advertised breakfast, but the experience was disappointing from the start. We were greeted by a woman wearing a hairnet who shouted across the room and told us to “sit wherever.” Despite being called a café, there was no proper coffee—just a thermos with no milk or cream, which we declined.

After sitting for a while, a young hostess finally approached us with an unprofessional attitude, as if we were bothering her. Staff training is clearly needed—the service felt disorganized and unwelcoming.

We ordered the misto completo, pão de queijo, chicken croquettes, and pastel de carne e queijo. The sandwich bread was stale and flavorless, the pão de queijo was hard and tasted old, the croquettes were frozen in the middle, and the pastel’s crust tasted like it had been fried in old oil.

No one ever checked on us after we were served. The place felt dirty, outdated, and in need of serious attention. We won’t be...
