So the website said this location had a cord that my business desperately needed. I went there with a printout of what I needed but when I walked in. It was like a vacuum that was oblivious to my presence. As many have asserted, there is one woman wandering around with a clipboard that she is unwilling to look up from or be disturbed. But I’ve seen that before in dying businesses, and that is no different. But then I went to the Customer Service desk, and told the young lady what I needed. And herein lies part of the problem, if the young girl at the CUSTOMER SERVICE desk does not have the resources and interest in helping a customer, we are in trouble! She didn’t know what I was talking about, but she did attempt to call for help. I waited for 15 minutes for the calvary to arrive…and then I heard the young lady’s voice from the service desk echo these EXACT words “Sir, we are really busy and short staffed, and unfortunately nobody’s coming to help you.” Game over Staples. I had the best experience working with Mo in the Printing Center reprinting my Sister's wedding seating chart at the last minute. Mo completely redeemed a bad experience I had at the Staples on Preston the week before and took so much stress out of my day. There was a small mark on the poster when I came to pick it up, and Mo let me resend a different version of the document since I had made a mistake with the coloring in the first version anyway. They explained all my options, redid it, and had my new copy ready in less than 30 minutes, while also helping 4-5 other customers simultaneously.
