asked why the amount I was charged was sooooooo drastically different than what was shown on their website ( about $50 difference), and the front lady's response was "sorry we don't update our website very often to reflect current prices" I dont mind paying for a service but at least be honest as to what the charges will be. - all the extra charges were sprung on me, wasn't made aware of a single one- I was prolly in her chair for maybe 15 min max- nothing but I straight easy cut. not to mention the stylist literally gave me the exact opposite of what I asked her for. Will not be going back. I'm literally having to go somewhere else and shell out MORE money for them to fix what that stylist did. This place is the reason I avoid salons in general. typical dirty...

Where do I even start... When I checked their website it said that haircuts were around $65 to $75, but I ended up paying $90 for a haircut I was not satisfied with. I showed the hairdresser a reference photo... and of course the end result looked nothing like it! He cut my bangs too short, cut my bangs unevenly, and he took 3 inches off of the top layer of my hair and left the portion of hair underneath untouched when I asked for "layers." He clearly has no idea how to do women's haircuts. When I went to my usual hairdresser she was HORRIFIED at what he had done to my hair. Clearly this was BEYOND his capability. I have been getting my hair cut here for at least 15 years and I've always had the best experience. I followed my original hair dresser to this location when his first salon closed. After he retired, I switched to my current dude, Ralph. He has such gentle hands (no leaving in tears because of painful hair snags and pulls) and is the nicet guy to talk with. Appointments are easy to get and the location is right next to a highway so good access there. Love their Brazilian blowouts - makes my hair frizz free all summer long.
