I called yesterday to place 3 orders of flower arrangements for my friends family who’s grandfather who passed away this week. I called yesterday and got to the payment section. The lady (Sandra) hung up or call got disconnected. I called back 3 times within 2 hours to get confirmation that order was placed. Each time, I was assured I’d be called back.

I called this morning and there was no record of the sale. The lady Josie or Josie was 100% incompetent of handling a basic phone call. She could not help with yesterday’s order and was unable to help me get flowers out today (they told me yesterday it would be no issue). After asking to speak to a supervisor she said she was the only one who could help. Yet, she could not answer the most simple of questions. I have left my number at the store for someone to return my call. After 2 minutes of asking to take my number, she finally did. I want to make sure upper management is aware of the events that happened.

If you are trying to have flowers delivered in a timely manner, I would highly recommend everyone else take their business elsewhere.

I placed an order to be delivered on 06/19/2019 for my sister's birthday. The store sent me an email confirmation saying the order has been delivered at 10:23 AM. However, I got no response from my sister the entire morning, so I had to ask her if she received anything. After she told me that nothing was delivered to her, I immediately called the store only to find out that they ACCIDENTALLY sent me the confirmation by mistake. I am not happy because no one from the store contacted me about this mistake (and the lady on the phone was not even sorry about it), and because of that, I ruined the surprise for my sister. When people order flower online and have them hand delivered, it's the surprise that matters more.

I had such a wonderful experience with this florist! The flowers were absolutely beautiful — fresh, vibrant, and arranged with such care that they looked like something out of a magazine. The staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me toward the perfect arrangement, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was they way I wanted.

What really stood out was the personal touch — they truly listen to what you want and add their creative expertise to make it even better.
