Such a rare find and truly a Chatham institution. Having done a lot of business in Mexico City, I’ve always been disappointed by the so-called “Mexican” food around here that’s really just Tex-Mex in disguise. This place is different. The flavors are bright, balanced, and clearly rooted in traditional Mexican cooking. Everything tastes super fresh, and there’s real care in the way the dishes are prepared. It feels both authentic and thoughtfully modern, traditional at its core, but with just the right amount of creativity to keep things interesting. You can tell it’s run by people who know and love what they’re doing. A total standout in a sea of bland imitation. Highly recommend.

Soooo good. Found this place on google and thought it looked so cute with the lil house vibes. It was real cute in person and didn’t disappoint. Got shrimp tostadas and they were totally loaded with shrimp. Yummy! the guacamole was the most vibrant color of green and so fresh. Churro cup was our end of the meal and it was delicious. They were little mini churros that came with this really soft caramel sauce. Overall, would come again and recommend to friends for sure. The only thing I would say could need any work, if any, were the chips, they could be like more crunchy? or more salted? But I would never not come because of that!

The best guacamole we’ve had outside of California/Mexico. This small, family-run restaurant which caters mostly to take-out and delivery serves delicious fresh Mexican favorites like enchiladas, burritos, quesadillas, and more. The guacamole is supreme and the tri-colored tortilla chips are fresh and light with the perfect amount of salt and crisp. We had a burrito (Mexican sandwich) and a bowl. Both were fresh and delicious. There is a small inside seating area with seating for about 12 diner in total with tasteful decor and clean, expansive tables. Excellent!

I eat a lot of Mexican food — it’s probably my favorite cuisine — so I feel like I’ve got a pretty good gauge for what’s good and what’s just “okay.” This place is outstanding. It’s on my weekly rotation, and no matter how many other spots I try, I keep coming back here.

The owners are some of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll meet. They always greet me with a smile, and even if they’re busy, they take a moment to connect, and it makes a huge difference.

The food is consistently excellent. You can taste how fresh everything is, and the flavors are perfectly balanced — rich where it should be, bright where it should be, and never bland. I’ve worked my way through a good chunk of the menu, and I honestly haven’t had a single dish I didn’t like.

Special shoutout to their Chipotle Salsa hot sauce — smoky, spicy, and addictive in the best way. I actually often order a container just to take home.

If you love Mexican food (or even just like it), you owe it to yourself to check this place out. Great food, great people, and a place that somehow feels like home every time...

If I could give this review 10 stars, I would! I was hosting an event for 30 people and two days before the food truck vendor fell through. After searching for vendors on Google (I’m not local to where the event was being held so I had to research), I found Mexican Spice and LUCKILY Jennifer got back to me right away to say they had availability. We rented the food truck and not only was the food fantastic, the two food truck attendants, Mario and Glenn were so friendly and did a really wonderful job of serving the crowded. The food truck was self contained and really cute with a nice interior look and feel - with extra decor on the outside. The event was a hit and everyone loved the food. Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend...

I ordered for delivery tonight and I am blown away. Everything we ordered was perfect. And I’m not entirely sure that perfect is even the right word (there’s gotta be a better word than perfect to describe their food!!!) I’ve been making beef empanadas with my mother for as long as I can remember and ... I’m going to say it .... they completely blow mine out of the water. (Share your recipe!! .. jk, I know recipes are sacred) The pork carnitas are juicy, flavorful, and went perfectly with all the extras in my Mexican bowl. My boyfriend ordered the tacos and of course they did not disappoint. In fact, they exceeded any expectation we ever had. We are fairly new to town and I expect we’ll get to know each other quite well. I hope you have a wonderful night! We...
