You Do Not Get What You Pay For: I am honestly beside myself after paying $21.03 for this miniature side salad. I ordered the "Chateau" (beet, orange & brie over arugula) salad. This place used to be amazing back when they didn't have a storefront. I am SO disappointed. Not only did the salad cost $10, but I had to add $3 for chicken as well as a $2 DELIVERY FEE. If they need a minimum for delivery, then just say so. After tax, the price was $18.03 and then I want to tip the drive because he actually did his job properly so I didn't want to screw him out of tip because the salad is minuscule. Poor guy only got $2. Not only is it very small, but there's barely any of the main ingredients! It's not like beets, oranges, or chicken even cost that much for them to be skimpy with it!!! There are literally 4 pieces (not slices) of beets and one extra little piece of a piece. The salad was going to be lunch and dinner and I planned this way because they used to give fantastic portions that would last me through lunch and dinner. I remember when they first came to town and delivered our store a free pizza to introduce themselves. I also remember when the driver got into a car accident and they felt bad it took so long so they brought another free pizza (we were just concerned that the driver was OK). I'm just so frustrated that this awesome place will be one I'm not going to be ordering from any longer. Way too expensive for a...
Read moreWe just moved to the neighborhood and were excited to try this restaurant for take out but really shocked at how awful their customer service is. One of the dishes on the menu clearly listed the ingredients and when I got the order it was very different. The type of pasta was very different and the seafood was not fresh at all with a couple pieces spoiled. I called the restaurant and they were not apologetic at all and said the best they can do is give me 15% off my next order. I spent $28 on an entry that was not what I ordered and not edible and receive rude attitude from the staff who will not help. This really shows how stingy the management is and will probably cut every corner possible to save every dime they can. We live right by the restaurant and love Italian food and order it a lot and we could have been a new customer that ordered from them weekly for the next 20 years. But they just cannot offer to refund one entry that was their mistake and awful quality seafood. It shows they completely don’t care about long term customers and will try to nick and dime customers at every opportunity. Thankfully there are many other great local businesses to support on Main Street. We will definitely not be coming to...
Read moreMy husband and I had a very enjoyable late lunch at Chianti today. G, the owner, is very welcoming and personable. We had a nice time chatting with him while our food was being prepared. As for the food, everything was great. We started with the burrata salad. The burrata is obviously the star of the plate but I really also liked the roasted red peppers. We then moved on to our 12" wood fired pizzas. My husband got the Dragon's Kale, I ordered the Arugula & Pear. Both pizzas were amazing. I think the mushroom and Calabrian chili make the Dragon's Kale pizza. The caramelized onion with the gorgonzola on the Arugula & Pear pizza were so good. It's safe to say we have a new favorite pizza place in Chatham. Thanks for a...
