We spent $4800 on outdoor furniture on a Saturday in July. We were immediately told by our sales rep Dean that the furniture wasn't in stock and that it may take up to 30 days before it comes in and that he would call me on Monday. He called on Monday and didn't have an update and this would be the last time we heard from Dean. Then began the lack of communication for the following month a half. I would call weekly to try and get an update and each time they would say "we will call you with an update on Thursday". These Thursday phone calls never happened which led to me calling every single Friday in August to follow up because they never called. By the time September rolled around, I would call and ask to speak to a manager. But the manager would never call me back. I know this is shocking but their communication sucks. They loved getting our money and then not caring at all about following through with the furniture. Dean got his sale and then never updated us. He never called me back, he never emailed me back, he basically just ghosted us.
At the end of September, a delivery company called us to let us know they had part of our furniture. At this point it had been 60 days and they delivered part of it.
After I sent 2 emails and made numerous phone calls about the missing part, I received a phone call at the beginning of October from one of the managers named Trey who said "we are hopeful the missing piece is on a ship in the ocean on its way here and we are sorry about the communication breakdown." There wasn't a communication breakdown...There was just absolutely ZERO communication from them at all.
It is almost the end of October and we still don't have the final piece of our furniture and haven't gotten any update in over 3 weeks.
Save your time, energy, patience, and money and just go somewhere else. It is not worth the hassle or stress at all to...

Truly the worst experience we have ever had with a company. My husband and I just got married and moved into our first home. We went to Factory Direct to furnish our living room and it was the biggest mistake! We purchased, a couch, matching chair and ottoman. Dean, the floor salesman, told us the couch was in stock at their warehouse but we had to order the chair & ottoman. We were told the chair would be ready for pickup in 8-10 weeks. At 12 weeks, we had heard nothing. At 14 weeks, we called questioning the status of our order, and they said the chair was in and could be delivered. The chair went out for delivery and the driver later called stating the wrong chair was put on the truck. We called and they said it would be delivered later that week. 2 weeks later our chair was delivered and had w large tear in the front right corner of the fabric. We called the store and they told us to file it under insurance and someone would come out to repair it. Because we were not responsible for the tear, I went into the store to speak with manager Richard. He apologized and stated for us to keep the chair and use it, in the meantime he would reorder a second chair. That was also “only 8-10 week wait”. It’s been 9 months since walking into factory direct and we still do not have a new chair. I called and spoke with Richard today and asked him what was going on and where our chair was. He put me on hold and states “I understand what’s going on now, they discontinued that chair” “I’ll talk with my GM and see what we can do about this, call me Friday at Lunch if you haven’t heard from me”. Today is Sunday. We were never notified that this chair was discontinued! They made no attempt to inform us. This is the worst, most corrupt, company and customer service we...
Read moreOur sales agent was Jeremy and our designer was Melody. My wife and I visited several furniture stores around the area as we were looking for quality furniture at a reasonable price point to last us 5-10 years. We arrived at 5090 to a welcoming environment and a great selection. Jeremy walked us through options that were scattered around the store, but it was hard for us to decide exactly what we needed so Jeremy brought Melody into the discussion. She walked us through her (free) design process and we set a time for her to visit our home to take pictures of the living room. We returned to the store a few days later to see a beautiful computer rendering of the space which helped us to understand what we needed and how best to utilize our living space. We saw her vision and she saw our hopes for the room so we wound up ordering a custom living room sectional, nested coffee table, matching end table, and two swivel chairs. We also were inspired to update our mantle and fire place (as well as new wall art) to more closely match the rendering provided.
We were not pressured to buy immediately or out of our budget range. Jeremy and Melody were very patient with us (and our 2 year old) and we are very happy with the service provided as well as the products we ordered...
