Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I’ve always had good experiences at this Pizza Hut location, but today, things took a turn over a missing stack of breadsticks. Yesterday, my order was missing an item, and when I called the number from my online order details, my call was redirected to the corporate number and I was promised a callback that never came. Today, I visited the store and was initially denied access to speak with the manager. The front-end supervisor was incredibly defensive, loud, and intimidating. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she made me feel belittled and unimportant, even after I showed her the number I called. Her response was dismissive, saying she didn’t know who I had contacted, despite me dialing the same number in front of her. As I left, the team mockingly wished me goodbye.

While I was given credit for the missing item, the lack of respect and professionalism left me feeling disrespected as a customer.

It was just over missing breadsticks, Despite having many great interactions with this store in the past, the front-end supervisor didn’t even recognize me or remember our positive experiences from before.

After reading some of the other reviews after everything I experienced I can safely conclude that this place isn't up to par. First, even though the place is half a mile from my location it took them an over an hour and a half for my order. The time isn't to be desired but okay, maybe they are busy. Next I called in just to get a status of my order. They couldn't find me on their system. The call rep solution is for me to make a new order, saying goodbye to the money on my last order. When I made that known, they told me to deal with it with my bank. Said I wanted to speak to the manager and he was able to find my order and said that their delivery person is on her way. Okay, good. Not looking so good right now but at least I know it is here. Then I get a call from the delivery driver and she said it is outside of my door. Open it up, nothing. Called her back and she swears she is at the right location. After telling her more information she told me she was at building 5 (mine is 2 with a different street number). Waited outside in the light rain for her to find me because she was lost.

The pizza is warm, not cold, and the wings are also warm. Needless to say, with everything that has happened with this order I don't recommend it. Carry out will be the best option or going to the store to get a...

I order the same thing as always, it is always really good. Opened the box to this. And the driver forgot the 2 liter. We called the store and we wanted a refund because this is not edible AT ALL. The guy was conversing with other workers saying it would take almost 2hrs and kept attempting to have it remade. I told him I wanted a refund and the man I spoke to on the phone was UNBELIEVABLY rude. He hung up on me TWICE without solving the problem. Had to call & talk to a manager (Zack & a woman) two different time & finally got the refund. Even after that they were STILL trying to remake the pizza. I told them I heard him say it would take 2hrs and he kept repeating “but did I say that to you” it doesn’t matter if you said it to me or if I heard you say it to another worker. This is NOT how you treat customers. I am never going to eat from this Pizza Hut ever again. Dominos is better anyways. UPDATE: Was told the driver was supposed to bring a drink & take the food back. Driver showed up with NOTHING and didn’t know anything. The managers lie to you. Called back to ask the manager ZACK why she didn’t have my drink & apparently he just lied completely about the drink.
