Went to this Taco Bell at midnight and when I got home with the food it was awful! The beef nachos had no beef. The chicken rollers were hard as a brick and the chicken was all dried up. The two taco supremes were ok. I ordered a caramel apple empanada and it was not even in the bag! Took me 25 minutes of calling to finally get an answer. The girl said she couldn’t hear me so I spoke louder to tell her what was wrong with my order and she hung up on me. I called right back and asked her if she hung up on me and she said yes because I was yelling. I said no ma’am I was speaking louder for you because you said you couldn’t hear me. At the same time I was saying this she was saying something. I told her I would simply call the store manager the next day since she was adamant in talking over me. She did it again, and I finally said well I am recording this so I’ll just call tomorrow. Then she got all nice and sweet. I said all I need is your name. The young lady asked did we like to round up or total for a charity. We said sure. We pulled around and not long we were at the window getting our food. The young lady opened the window and passed our drinks and food out to us and never said the first word. She just shut the window and went on. We pulled into the parking lot to eat our food. The food was OK. The Pizza had very little cheese and I'm pretty sure it had Red Sauce and not the pizza sauce. I noticed that the pizza box had a scan here for more rewards. The codes would not scan. I asked my boyfriend for the receipt so I could scan it and he said she had never given him one. So unfortunately I didn't receive any reward points...
Read moreI have no problems when I go in this restaurant, but if I go through the drive-through, it’s about a 50-50 shot. Sometimes it’s missing items, sometimes it’s the complete wrong order. 90% of the time I’m on break and unable to go back to the restaurant, but I did feel that I needed to voice my opinion on this location. Today I went through to get a discovery Luxe box, when I pulled up to the drive-through window, the woman handed me my box and then handed me my sauce and napkins separately stating that the box had already been closed, and she didn’t wanna reopen it. The only thing she failed to realize, is that if she had reopened the box she would’ve realized that they again gave me the wrong order. A little extra attention would’ve gone a long way.
