Sweet Treats - Ice Cream & Milkshakes (Chattanooga, TN) — Restaurant in Chattanooga

The loaded shakes are a great way to reward (or spoil) yourself! I wandered in this location passing by and was surprised at the hidden gem I had found.

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the establishment. It was well kept with spotless windows and coolers and even the restroom was spotless!

The next thing that caught my attention was the menu. There are so many types of ice cream and sherbet that you're sure to find your favorite. They have everything from cups to cones and even have smoothies and classic waffle bowls. They also offer flavored waffle cones such as orange creamcicle.

I opted for two loaded shakes. The kinder bueno and strawberry cheesecake. I have had similar shakes but found that they were super sweet and rich making it difficult to eat them. Not the case here! They were hand scooped and looked beautiful!

Service and artistry here are unmatched. The creative way these shakes were made and the friendly staff made the experience here a pleasure. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Stop in and...

⚠️⚠️BEWARE IF YOU HAVE PEANUT ALLERGIES ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Never been here before and wanted to give it a try, i ordered the smores stuffed milkshake. When you think of smores you think graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate right? not peanuts. So as someone with SEVERE peanut allergy who winds up with a mouthful of peanuts youre very concerned. I asked the lady why there were peanuts in my milkshake and she completely was dismissive and rude on the fact i have a peanut allergy and what i ordered had peanuts in it. Would not remake it with a different ice cream and still had me pay for something i tossed out due to that allergy. There were no signage in there stating what i had ordered (smores milkshake) had peanuts in it. Please Beware!!!

update 5/20: still no response from management - tried calling, etc. i either get hung up on immediately...

New customer, stopped in. Ordered two chocolate lovers @ $12.99 each and after paying, the employee informed me that they did not have the chocolate donut but had everything else. I asked if that had brownies to substitute. The employee said it would be a up charge for the brownie and wasn’t sure if that was even possible (of course theres no down charge for not receiving the donut). We sat in to eat and started to question why the customers ahead of us paid after receiving their shake and a cone, then even after us, every customer paid after receiving their orders. ??????????????????????
