On Friday at 7:45p.m. I arrived at the Shallowford Rd T-Mobile/Sprint store. I was furious. I jumped out of my vehicle to check to make sure they were open— poked my head in the door and asked and Two sales associates — Stated yes but a mask must be worn. I was extremely happy to see the adherence to the prevention of spreading the corona virus. Kudos to T-Mobile. I turned around went to my car and retrieved my mask, my phone and wallet and reentered the store, I was promptly greeted again by the same associates. (One of which I did not get his name) Ms. Rita was beyond professional. After two days personally dealing with Sprint associates on the telephone, via chat, via email I arrived at the store ready for a fight. (not literally — I was fed up to the point I was going to cancel our service after 15+ years ) Ms. Rita (9 months pregnant) was friendly, understanding, and eager to assist me in my issues. I am a beyond satisfied with the service I received. She absolutely blew me away— I have NEVER received the amount of positive, helpful and friendly customer service in any customer service related transaction to date. Ms. Rita went above and beyond what services I was inquiring about, she even volunteered to put the screen protector and otter box on my phone, graciously. Thank you Rita— You are definitely meant to help others, many people could learn a thing or two from you. (I work in customer service as well) Thank you T-Mobile for taking over Sprint. Best...
Read moreI usually don’t award a place with a one star review but my experience at that T-Mobile store today earned it. I went to the store to find out about my sprint plan and to get help with changing planes/ upgrading phones. The store was empty with two bored looking employees. When ask if they can help they said their computer was down and the app on the iPad wasn’t updated and it would take one minute to download. As they said that their Taco Bell order arrived and 1 minute download changed to 31 minutes. We were cool with it and told them we would be back in 30 min and went to Walmart. When we came back the employee informed us that the app download didn’t work, the computer was down and she wishes she could help us but appeared obvious at that point she just wanted us to leave with not trying to help us in any way.
So in overall the employees didn’t even ask us for any information. In fact as we told them we were Sprint customers one of the employees told us “Sprint is awful, you should just cancel your plan”.
It was out first time ever at the T-Mobile store. In our past experience (we’ve been with Sprint for the last few years) the Sprint stores we’ve gone to have always been very helpful and knowledgeable doing everything to help us rather than try to push us out the door.
I wasted an hour driving/ waiting/ hoping to get help.
Won’t be coming back to that store.
Advise to call customer service rather than waste time going to...
Read moreI left mint mobile because I wanted to start a family plan for my wife and I. The service was supposed to be "much better for T-Mobile customers". I am typing this after my 5th dropped call today all whilst standing in my living room. I NEVER had a dropped call in four years with mint. I have had multiple everyday since I joined T-Mobile. They also sold us a case that did not protect my phone from damage and have since bought a much cheaper and much better case elsewhere. They did not apply my wives protective film correctly so that fell off within a few hours. They sold us a belkin charger that we never could use because it does not work. They also did not properly explain our first bill so I called into their hotline livid. They never offerred any true correction. Just stay away...
