The staff was very rude. The worst experience I've ever had. We ask for a late check-out not which I did and at 11 I am the normal check out time the front desk manager call the room and woke us up and told us we had 10 minutes to leave the room for the law will be called. I told her about the late check-out we pay for the night before. She was threatening to call the law if we did not get out in 10 minutes even if we paid the extra fee for the late check-out she was on giving it to us. To save problems because we have been in and out of the hospital all week. We got up got dressed and got her bags we left a bag of our clothes we called to ask about them and when will you be able to pick them up. The woman said anything left in the room was now their property. We paid $82.02 for the room we had checked in at 11 p.m. the price was supposed to be $64 there was no vending machines. We asked for a first floor room due to my aunt not being able to walk up steps they say there was none available but there was a total of nine or 10 cars in the parking lot and every room was empty I'm. The next day the parking lot was empty. The manager lady was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Is a $10 extra fee I paid for the late check out, she refused to give me the refund on the $10 and our clothes where New American Eagle jeans Fox shirts. I called the day we checked out once I noticed the bag was not in the car that's whenever I was told any property left the room...
Read moreWe had an unplanned trip to Chattanooga Easter weekend. We waited to find a hotel when we got there to look at the area and see what we wanted to do while there. We decided to go to lookout mountain and do some trails around there. The only hotel I could find in that area that wasn’t booked was knights inn. I usually stay at higher end hotels and I was nervous about staying here. I have had to stay at hotels like this before (hotels being booked up from tournaments) during soccer tournaments. I was worried about noise, bugs, dirty, hard beds, etc. This place exceeded my expectations. I was on top floor at the end. No noise, no bugs, it was clean.Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. Close to lookout mountain. Easy access to some trails we went on. We drove over to foster falls and that was easy drive there and back. We drove to the city, it wasn’t far at all. The hotel is close to the interstate. The area is very nice. Plenty of food places to choose from. Walmart right down the street. I will say it looked like they were renovating rooms. I saw carpet rolled up under the stairs. So maybe it wasn’t noisy because rooms were being renovated. Either way, I would...
Read moreThis hotel is VERY NASTY. There were ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!! When I told main Indian woman in charge of the hotel she told me that I was lying and that there has never been a bug in her hotel. She didn't want to give me my money back or a discount on the room. She was very rude and she is a liar aswell. I talked to other people staying in the other rooms and they said that they had roaches to and the same Indian lady told them the same thing that she told me. She also lied about the hotels location. I was in town for an event that was taking place in the Chattanooga convention center and I asked the her if it was close to the hotel and she said that it was and that it was 1 mile walking distance. She lied about that to. It's not even a walking distance. You have to take the freeway and it's like 7 miles away. I RECOMMEND THAT NOBODY COMES TO THIS HOTEL IT IS DISGUSTING AND THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL. IT IS SURROUNDED BY 4 OTHER HOTELS THAT ARE WAY BETTER BUT I COULDN'T SWITCH BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE MORE MONEY AND SHE DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK FOR THE NIGHTS I WAS STAYING. I WAS STUCK HERE WITH ROACHES...
