THAT URBANOS STORE( furniture store) IS The WORST STORE THAT I HAVE BOUTH STH , here it go the reason :

I bought a sofa at URBANO’S FURNITURE in Chelmsford (drum hill) for $2,400.00 I just had one happiness.. I received very good service, I paid 4 installments and finished paying in December.. anyway Last week it loosened 3 screws because it closes and opens and I went to the store last Wednesday and leveled the photos that the screw loosened and if I could send someone for maintenance and put it back in place... I repeat, I was treated very well again… BUT today, to my surprise, I received a phone call saying that based on the photos I sent to them, I would have to pay to fix them. They said:

1. misuse and
2. it was because it opened and closed a lot lol well now.. the sofa is only 4 months old and can be opened and closed.. but it can't be opened and closed like yes?????.. lol and that's a total disappointment, the seller is It's a shame that LOJA URBANO'S doesn't have a shred of customer support.

Here's a tip when buying something, demand a receipt and a guarantee of at least 6 months.. you could go to court to do several things But God's justice continues ahead, let's go ahead HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND to all of you.. follow photos of the sofa in misuse so you can draw your conclusions!!!🥰🥰

Comprei um sofá na URBANO ‘S FURNITURE em Chelmsford ( drum hill ) de $2,400.00 eu Uma Felicidade só .. fui muito bem atendida , paguei 4x terminei de pagar em dezembro.. enfim Na semana passada ele soltou 3 parafusos pois ele fecha e abre e fui até a loja na última quarta e levei as fotos q o parafuso soltou e se poderiam mandar alguém p uma manutenção e colocar no lugar… Repito fui muito bem atendida novamente…MAS hj para minha surpresa recebi um telefonema dizendo q pelas fotos q enviei a eles Que eu teria q pagar para arrumar. Disseram:

1. mal uso e
2. foi porque abriu e fechou Muito kkk ora ora.. o sofá tem apenas 4 meses e é de abrir e fechar .. mas não pode abrir e fechar como as sim?????.. kkkbom e isso decepção total a vendedora é ótima pena q a LOJA URBANO’S não tem um pingo de suporte ao cliente .

Fica a dica ao comprarem algo exijam Recibo e garantia pelo ao menos de 6 meses.. poderia ir na court fazer várias coisas Mas a justiça de Deus segue na frente bora ir p frente UM ÓTIMO FIM DE SEMANA a todas vcs .. segue fotos do sofá em mal uso p vcs tirarem suas...
