Batteries Plus — Local services in Cherry Hill Township

I am writing this review to warn any customer about the warranty on there boat batteries. Don't buy any boat battery from them there warranty sticks I purchased 2 boat batteries back in April 2023 one of those batteries went bad so I took it back on Friday July 7th to have it replaced. I was told by there customer service that there warranty works different than any other company. They need to keep the battery and charge it over night. Well, how will this help me if im going on my boat the next day. Autozone has a better warranty than batteries plus. At Autozone there is no questions asked just show your receipt and it will be replaced. You would think that if they deal with batteries all day that there warranty would work the same. This is unacceptable. Warning to all do not by any boat batteries from them there policy sticks. Stick to a company that first of all values there customers and keeps there warranty by exchanging the battery. No...

I would not recommend anyone to come here for any batteries for semi truck I bought 4 batteries from them and they will not back there warranty i got them tested and the dealership and advanced autoparts they both told me they are bad batteries and when i explained it to the store owner he said they only needed to be recharged which isnt true he just doesn’t want to stay on his word and give me the warranty I spent over 450$ on batteries and i travel cross country as it is my job and im not going to put batteries that need replacing in my semi after they are only charged so i had to buy another set of batteries. Very disappointed because the customer service was nice but he was only so nice for his own good to get customers all he really cares about is his money not anyones safety...

I have an older cell phone and the battery just wasn't holding a charge as long. We tried several stores and they all said the battery was not available.
