I have not had Panera for a while and if all the locations are as bad as this one I will never go back. We arrived there at 650pm Friday Nov 10th (last night) Our food cost almost 50$ for 3 people, the sandwiches had very little meat, not even close to the picture on the kiosk. Also ordered the 10 vegetable soup. It was mostly broth almost no vegetables. We also ordered 2 cookies. The candy cookie was horrible. It tasted like the food shortening used to bake it was rancid. I had a bad fishy taste to it that you could not smell from the cookie itself. I was only ably to chew it before I had to spit it out or throw up. The hard floor was sticky and had not been cleaned for who knows how long. The carpeted areas were just as disgusting and you could see where it was not vacumed properly for a very long time, in corners. All the tables were dirty and had not been wiped down. When I brought that up to the girl at the counter she directed me to the people making the food. Even tho she had a broom in her hand. Never once did the girls behing the counter lift a finger to do anything other than chat amongst themselves. The place was not busy at all. Over all the condition of the place that could be seen was so bad that It makes you wonder what the back looks like if they care so little about the front of the place. All we wanted to do was eat quickly and get out. Overall I would not recommend anyone going to this location, I know I will never...
Read moreI was not impressed. We placed an order electronically in the morning around 11 am for 10 people. Selected 1230 for pick up. Was notified via text that order would be ready at 1259. Arrives at 1230 to pick up waited 10 min for anyone to help me and the order was not even started. Waited another 16 minutes for the order when someone dropped at the counter. I asked if this was everything and was told yes. I looked in the bag very quickly and noticed no chips. I asked as we had ordered 4 bags of chips. The chips were brought out and dropped in the bad and the person just walked away. I drove back to the hospital with the food and once there and unpacking realized they forgot three of our items. No soup. No bread bowl and no apple. I called and supposedly a manager spoke to me and said I can credit you or you can come back to pick up. I decided to pick up since this was lunch for my team. I went back and surprise no order or food was prepared. I asked for a manager and that person said to me they had no idea what I was talking about as they had just started their shift. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my items. This is not the Panera I used to know. Customer service was...
Read moreThe portion of chicken soup for $8.69 is RIDICULOUSLY small - seriously, in no way could this be considered a satisfying lunch for someone over 10 years of age. The 12 oz container( we measured ) looked to be just under 3/4 full. To be fair: This is not a decision that this( or any) Panera location has control over. And in fact, this location has great management & staff, itâs clean and has ample parking. Additionally, the sourdough baguette that comes with the ridiculously small amount of soup is delicious, as is the soup⌠But corporate- please LISTEN to your customers if you plan on keeping us! These soup portions are RIDICULOUSLY SMALL! Make the bread smaller (as itâs WAY too large in proportion to the speck of soup) to offset the cost to satisfy your corporate bean-counters; but do something to correct your portion & ratio misstep! I truly hope someone with a brain and calculator at the corporate level reevaluates this. Raise the price by a buck if you have to and make a smaller roll to go with the larger soup portion or, I predict youâll lose your customers- âPLEASE sir, may I have more?â Donât...
