07/11/2021UPDATE - Came back to buy more outdoor furniture. It is the best store in the area for quality outdoor pieces. Worth the money. BUT DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY. Since my first review - we had an issue with one of the cushions. It has now been over a year and no resolution from the warranty company. It takes HOURS to even get them on the phone. I know that we are in COVID situation but a YEAR is unacceptable. And we still don't have a resolution or a new cushion. Now I am mad at myself for buying the same warranty on my Ethan Allen items. I am pretty sure that I'll end up getting the same treatment. So this time we did not buy the warranty on anything. I am so disappointed in the warranty company. You add like $ 1,500 insurance on your furniture - because it goes by pieces - and then you can't even get in touch with someone. It is a disgrace. But the Manager (Robert) and the employees in this store are most helpful.

We came here first; did our due diligence at other stores; and came back the same afternoon. Joanne helped us and she was great. We invested in the insurance plan. Ethan Allen offers the same plan and it is a good one to have. We are happy with what we selected and the delivery dates we were given were not terrible. Make sure to stop in frequently for Floor Samples...

We have always believed that the outdoor furniture at Fortunoff was a good quality until we purchased a set for ourselves. We were very wrong, we were better off buying outdoor furniture from Walmart. We at the very least would have gotten what we paid for and in better condition. After receiving at least 15 deliveries we finally settled for a not so perfect set with scratches and dents throughout. (shame on us!) We have had this set for 2 summers now and it looks as if we had it for 10 years. Fortunoff sold us a cover for $300.00 and stated all you have to do is clean the chairs for bleach and a brush. I never had to clean my patio furniture in this manner. The chairs were covered with mold. We left it uncovered in the rain and now it has ridiculous stains all over the top of the table which do not come out. (WATER STAINS! It's an outdoor table!) I would never recommend anyone to purchase outdoor furniture from them EVER! Only posted 1 star because I could not...

Horrible experience. It started out ok with ordering our patio table and chairs. Took months but understandable. Part of it was delivered and had damage/scratches throughout. The delivery person just left! We called Fortunoff in Cherry Hill and was told to send an email regarding damage. No response so we called AGAIN and resent AGAIN. They ordered us a new set, so they said. Fast forward we called 3 months later. No set was ordered. We settled on keeping it at a reduced price which was kind. We were still waiting on end chairs. We were told January. Called in January and the store manager said there was no delivery date and would call me back in a few days. Two weeks later...
