Visited this ice cream shop for the first time tonight. Good atmosphere, nice vibe (extra star for the atmosphere), but wow was the ice cream terrible. I tried the Moose Tracks and the Pretzel Caramel flavor. Neither was as good as Iβm used to when Iβm out for a summer treat. Unsure what brand of ice cream theyβre using here, but it had a flavor like it had been sitting in a deep freezer for six months. Operationally the set up leaves something to be desired as well. Thereβs very little space above the ice cream freezers for you to see and talk to the staff. The freezer tops are stacked with toppings and you find yourself peering through a small 8 inch gap to the person scooping the ice cream. Picture trying to order in a library stack by sliding the books out of the way to see the person in the next aisle over. Rather a claustrophobic beginning to your frozen treat. All in all I simply donβt understand the high ratings...

Additionally the lights on the carnival show were turned off because one of the 6 year olds wasn't sitting " properly" in her chair. I would understand if they were standing or touching or being disrespectful but that also wasn't the case. All in all after spending near $20 for 2 kids and 2 adult ice creams I was definitely disappointed by the aftertaste of this ice...

The closest I felt to the experience of walking into this place is the first time I walked into the world famous hamleys toy store in London and the magic just erupted within me.
This place has that rainbow factor, you walk in, you are greeted with kindness and warmth, a mode train straddles the sealing and toys are everywhere to be seen, thereβs candy on the counter tops and a litany of games for the kids as well as excellent flavours from around the world.
They do not allow tasters, but take a moment to speak to the jolly, moustache, uncle behind the counter, he will amaze you either heβs intermittent knowledge of...
