Stella Pizza — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

Omg. First I want to say I have never ordered from here but I was reading all the nice comments so I thought I would try Stella's. Sooooo! I just tried to order the family special to be delivered and after I told the young man my address he told me he had to make a run and put me on hold to speak to the boss. Finally the Boss picked up and asked for my address and rudely said "we don't go that far" I asked how far do you go and he replied again we don't go that far, I didn't even get it out of my mouth to the different location I wanted it delivered to. So I tried to ask him about my order he kept talking over me and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with the owner or store manager, the guy on the phone asked what was wrong I started explaining and he said sorry but I wanted to speak to whomever was in charge. He mumbled something and he hung up on me too. If you're to busy to answer my questions and take a order maybe it's time to hire new people that can handle customers or in this case potential customer. I called to order pizza and then guy questions if I knew who I called. Yes, I called and told you my order so obviously I knew who I was contacting. After taking my order, I was told it would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. I drive over to the Cherry Hill location and wait in the car for the 20 minute time frame to elapse. When I go inside and ask for my pizza, the guy says that he never made my pizza because I hung up the phone. You took my order and told me how long it would take. I’ve been going here for years. The owner never is super friendly on the phone, but the last time I ordered will be it for me. I ordered a pepperoni and a white pizza. Both pizzas were over cooked and there was no pepperoni on the pizza even though I was charged for it. I called and he advised me he would credit me for a free topping next time. When I told him we wanted the pepperoni pizza he sarcastically said “Oh, it’s that important to you?” Terrible business! I will never go here again.
