Iāve been a client of Brians for a little over a year now and realizing that Iāve never left a review. I really donāt know where to start aside from the fact that Brianās Guitars is THE best shop in the world.
The staff is just outright killer. Iāve mainly dealt with Trevor and Dan, each time is better than the last. Not only do these guys absolutely know their stuff, but they are great dudes that genuinely want to get to know you and make sure you have the best instrument for you. Frank handles set ups for the shop, heās done everything for me from acoustic set ups/repairs to drop d# with .80 strings on a 7 string. Honest, transparent, affordable, and knocks it out of the park every time. Brianās Guitars has also done a great job at establishing a phenomenal community over on discord, I encourage anyone and everyone to jump in and make some friends, great group of dudes.
Walking into the shop is a perfect example of ākid in a candy storeā for any guitar player. From the best PRS collection outside of Maryland to jaw dropping runs from Mayones and the like, the consistently updating inventory is just next level. Stopping in to grab your dream guitar, start your search, or even just to say hi, is consistently a five star experience.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhat a great shop this is. I decided to finally treat myself to a new guitar after years playing used and abused ones⦠Having heard good things about Brianās, I drove an hour from home to get there. I arrived at 3:15 on Fatherās Day, knowing they closed at 4.
Trevor patiently greeted me, answered my questions, helped me find my way around, and left me to try out a bunch of guitars. He mentioned he was manning the place on his own, on account of his not being a father on Fatherās Day.
While I was doing my āspeed datesā with the guitars, Trevor helped a couple other folks who stopped in. He checked in with me a few times in between helping others, but also gave me plenty of space to explore.
When I finally found The One, I waited for him to finish up a transaction with the only other guy left in the store, and then I noticed it was 4:15. If I hadnāt mentioned it, I donāt think Trevor would have. He literally could not have cared less about staying past closing time ā he just wanted to make sure everyone got what they wanted. Well, I did!
Despite the clear fact that this shop also caters to high-end guitar enthusiasts, as an amateur on a budget, I was made to feel like I belonged there from the start. Thanks, Trevor! Thatās...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been shopping here for a few years, and the staff has always been friendly and very supportive. Theyāre willing to talk through everything you might be interested in, make suggestions, and have no problem with you spending an entire afternoon trying things out, even if you donāt end up buying anything. They even make themselves available through social media, so if you have a late night question, someone is always available to answer. The store itself has guitars ranging from traditional to modern, so everyone can find something theyād like whether thatās a vintage spec strat, or a 7 string djent machine. While they definitely cater to the high end market, there are plenty of affordable models as well. In fact, they price used instruments very reasonably, so it may just be the store to go to if you want something like a core PRS or Mayones but donāt want to spend $5000+. You can also shop confidently, as their in house luthier always makes sure everything is in tip top shape, and will always make it right if something is not up to snuff. Finally, itās just a fun place to go, talk with the staff and other patrons, and try out guitars. They always make new guitar day special for me, and Iām sure they will...
