Items all over the floor and very unorganized. They label clearance items then don't honor their price. In my experience as a shopper, usually the store will honor the advertised price. The store manager Maureen doesn't follow that policy. She has the nerve too ask me if I still want the item that she or her staff mis label? Apparently, this manager and Marshals still think it's the 1990s and online shopping through Amazon doesn't exist. The worst part of this experience was while I was talking to store manager who probably makes like 30 k a yearly, some other customer tried to Play hero by defending the incompetence displayed by the manager and cashier. She certainly kept her mouth shut when she saw me outside of store. If you can't mind your business, one day you'll encounter someone 10 times worse than me who will take it beyond verbal. Read moreThis is a nice store to find that perfect gift for that special friend. On a few things I was not impressed with the price, so I moved on to something else that had a better price. I like a store where you do not have to play the game of how much does this cost? They are very good at having items with price tags in plain view, that is so nice to find when you have other things to do besides try to figure how much something costs. A few things that were quite heavy had the price tag on the bottom, picking it up was hard to do, then to hold it all together and hope a price tag was there. At this location I found the staff to be friendly and helpful however when I was being help at checkout I felt a a little more annoyed then usual on the amount of pressure put into signing up for one of their credit cards I usually respond with "thank you perhaps next time" that tends to work but this time around I had to put more effort as after being asked a second time I had to say I was in a hurry even though I really wasn't.
