I am writing to sing the praises of DW Gem Services and Don Walsh, the owner and gemologist! Though I have gone to Don for many jewelry needs in the past, my most recent experience was to have some repair done on my engagement ring. He found things that I was unaware of and was able to fix everything in a timely manner, with impeccable care and precision, and at quite a reasonable price! Actually, the ring looks much better than when I first got it!

I took a pearl pendant to Don hoping he could make it into a ring for me. He listened to what I was envisioning and gave me some ideas of how best to recreate it. Ultimately, he recommended resetting the pearl into an existing ring in his collection. It turned out to beautifully, and so much better than what I had originally imagined!
