This review is for the consigner. The store itself is clean and has a large variety and is well presented. You can find some great deals as a buyer. BUT⌠Consigners do not get an accurate accountable reporting of what they consign with a description, the price it is listed for, the price it sells for, ⌠The only report consigners get only lists that an item sold, commission earned and tax charged. The amounts shared with the consigner are questionably low. When consigning they donât give an accurate account of the number of items they take from you. They keep things that donât sell and resell them in other locations under their own tickets. Their prices are high and the shared commissions minimal and no way to know if you really get what youâre supposed to. Other consignment shops provide consigners with a listing of the items they take and a brief description, and you can access an online report to see how many items sold and what did not sell.    Read moreI love this consignment shop and have been a consignor and shopper since the days of its original location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the merchandise is, for the most part, of very good quality - I say for the most part because there have been times that I have come across some clothing items that were a bit worn looking. I understand that they try to be very conscientious about what they agree to consign but I can honestly say that many times I was taken aback by what I saw for sale as compared to my rejected items. I will still continue to consign and shop here because I otherwise really like this store, but I wish there was a bit more uniformity as to the guidelines in which items...
Read moreI just came back home after being there with bags of several dresses and gowns each worth between $150-$300 and was told that they could not take them because they only take clothes that are only 2 years old... Mind you most of the clothes they have at that location are not 2 years old. And I know that because I am in the fashion industry... My dresses are brand new, and only used once. A couple only are older than 2 years then rest were not... Also, my sister has an account with them and she just confirmed that she has brough to that store clothes that are older than 2 years and they have taken them. However, she has been seen by the younger ladies in the store. I was seen by possibly the manager. I was confused and so is my sister. She could not underatand why my dresses and winter coat were not taken. I am not coming back and I am not referring anyone to...
