Subway — Restaurant in Chesterfield Township

I've gone to this Subway my whole life. It ebbs and flows in terms of employee/sandwich quality. I most recently visited to take advantage of a 20% off deal available online and through the app. Unfortunately, both the website and app were down, preventing me from accessing the discount, which I showed to the employee using my device. When I explained the situation and asked the manager to apply the 20% discount to my in-person order, I was only offered a 10% discount. The staff was unwilling to honor the full discount, even though the issue was on their end. Very disappointing experience which seemed to be a limitation from corporate, though I do believe there were other ways to respect the price difference.

I ordered my sub from my near by subway. The problem was they were having a problem with their website and my order went to the new Baltimore, mi store. Frist i went to my subway in chesterfield and not only did they not have my order but if I wanted the sub's i orered i would have to pay full price. This only gets better. I received a call later from the new Baltimore letting me know they had my sub's. I called the next day as they were closed when i called before. The person told me that they had "NO CONTROL" over the website and I would have to pay for the sub's I did not get. SO, TO SAY THENLEAST I WILL NOT GET ANOTHER SUBWAY EVER AGAIN". Few days ago we got our usual subs they were Amazing but the only issue I have is the older lady that made them, she made them excellent but her attitude was another thing. I asked her if this was my order I got 6 subs and my name is Lisa and right away she said No so I waited and looked and seen it was my order then I said Miss I think your wrong this is my order then right away she has an attitude and says EXCUSE ME and walked over I pointed out that was my name my cc and my order then she said Oh I didn't understand you.
