Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chesterfield Township

Continuously the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I am finally done with this location. I don’t know why I kept giving it chances. Maybe because it’s practically in my backyard. Every single time I order online and go to pick it up, it is not ready when it says it’s going to be ready and then I always wait an extra 40 minutes or so. This last time, I had no time to wait that long and I had to run, I should’ve known. Now I am left with no food and out $17. It was packed like sardines in there with everyone else waiting for their food. This one young lady was waiting for an hour! The drive-thru line was to the street. Inside, DoorDash tickets and insta cart tickets were printing one after another. When I asked for a refund inside, they said since I ordered online I have to reach out to Taco Bell. Of course you can’t call, so I submitted a complaint through their website, but we all know how that goes. This taco bell does not have the staff nor the resources to keep up. They should have stopped taking orders to catch up so they didn’t screw everyone else’s day up. DO NOT go to this Taco Bell unless you have A LOT of time on your hands and willing to wait. I was picking up a delivery order for one of my GrubHub customers. This location on numerous times marked my customers orders ready for pick up when indeed they were not even yet even made or are in the process of being made. I waited in there at at least close to 20 minutes. I try to get help from the employees there who ignored me and pretended not to look at me. I had to yell out real loud to one of them and ask them why my customers order was taking so long. The male employee had a clueless look on his face. A female employee showed up and was more helpful. She told me that employees falsely marked my customers order ready for pick up when it hasn’t even been made. Complete waste of my time management/customer service complete zero, unprofessional and unqualified. Never will do an GrubHub pick up for this restaurant again. I hope the other people that do GrubHub, DoorDash and Uber Eats will read this review and take it...

Update: The fries are back 😍 The only thing I eat from here are the potatoes, and the fries are my favorite. This Taco Bell has served them to me cold and stale both times I’ve been here. I thought I’d give them another shot but apparently more money and different staff members did nothing for their quality control.

One year ago: There were 5 people on staff and had an online order that I was 10min early for. Not only was I not greeted but by the time they said something which was 15 min maybe longer, I had already told the app I was there and I was watching the lady making my order.
