Absolutely horrible with delivering packages. I needed the package when it's supposed to be delivered but now I'll have to wait an extra 4 days. And I really needed it today but ups pulled in my driveway and dropped off nothing. Saw me and just left. Now I have to wait another two days. But I'll be working and I have to sign off and won't be able to in the time they are supposed to deliver. The website won't let me contact or change delivery either....

I have had lost packages of expensive medications... Temperature sensitive packages late and left in the sun... and their "tracking" system is complete garbage. A three day package delivery is now turning into a full week. UPS is never in my list of choices for delivery. They have messed up so many of my packages I refuse to work with...

Went to drop off two Amazon packages in the boxes they were delivered in and they told me I had to buy a box from them to send them back. I stated I have never done this before and took my packages to the UPS store on 21 mile rd and they took the return with no issues. Super frustrating & guess I’ll continue to use the UPS store on...
