From the moment I walked into the store, I could sense an uncomfortable and unwelcoming vibe. I’m not sure who was working today, but the associate made me feel extremely uneasy. While I was on the phone with a recruiter for a job, she approached me to repeat the sizes AND interrupted my phone call; which that was information she had already provided when I first walked in.
Later, I was on the phone with my sister (who actually likes Lululemon& I personally don’t), and the associate interrupted to ask who I was talking to and even asked where my sister lives! I was completely caught off guard and honestly felt judged, as if I was being profiled or suspected of something.
To make matters worse, she continued to be near me, following into the same aisles, which made me even more uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced anything like this while shopping, and it left me feeling pressured and on edge. I even ended up FaceTiming my mom while trying on shoes just so I wouldn’t be alone during the interaction. Only then did the associate’s attitude shift and become somewhat nicer.
This experience was disappointing and unsettling. I left feeling obligated to buy something just to avoid more discomfort. Overall, I would rate this visit 0/10 and unfortunately would not recommend this location based on how I was treated. Pic was taken after being in the store...
Read moreI know U don't even thunk this place deserve 1 star!! I stop in coming from the DMV office, the shoes are what caught my attetion so I went in. There was a female siiting outside the store on her phone but after me coming in, she came in. She came sat down in a chair or bench (not really sure), she didn't anything; so I said Hello (I was assuming she worked there). She said back in an unfeiendly and dry manner: Hi, she was more occupied with what was on her phone! I told her it is some nice things in here; she didn't say thank you or anything just plain dry and nasty. She did tell me about the Shebutters thay they had, I guess because I was a heavy girl and she didn't carry plus size clothes, I needed moisture, she wasn't even good at trying to sell that. I feel like it was discrimination at it's finest bcause; I came in looking like I may not have had the funds to afford anything or the way I was dressed (Hell I don't know) I just saying: I got better service at (Avalon Exchange, Goodwill, Savers, ETC.) You can count me out on ths place and Hell 👎! Especially if you...
Read moreIf I could review this place without a star, I absolutely would! It has taken me at least half a year to decide to write this review, because my experience was beyond dreadful! I went into this shop right after it opened its door with a bag of clothes intending to sell and to buy. The owner told me to leave my bag on the bench, while talking on her mobile, and that she would take a look at my clothes. So, I looked around the shop and within 15 minutes, the owner called me out and told me she could not sell anything and suggested my going to Plato Closet. My bag of clothes was UNTOUCHED! While I was waiting inside the shop, there was a young lady who came in with a couple of bags to sell. She was greeted by the owner very warmly and she even explained the whole buying process (which she never did with me) to the lady and that she would call her when ready. I felt extremely discriminated and humiliated - was it because of my ethnicity? I am still disturbed by...
