I love how convenient Fit Flavors makes it for me to eat healthy. I am single so cooking for 1 can be challenging. Most of the time I find that I am eating the same thing for 2-3 days or I am throwing so much food away because it goes bad before I have a chance to eat it. I am also one that will be too tired at night (during the week) to prepare the food I bought from the grocery store. I began my Fit Flavors journey on January 1st 2017. I can honestly say that this was one of the best choices I have ever made. The food is so good! Now granted, I have tried some things that I don’t care for, but I expect that as everyone doesn’t have the same taste. I would say that 98% of what I have tried at Fit Flavors, I have LOVED! I shop there twice a week as I eat at least 1 Fit Flavors meal per day. You can tell that they are dedicated to providing the best product they can and it sure shows. If you are thinking about trying them, please do as you will not regret it! I know when you first look at the menu, the prices seem kind of high. For me, I realized that I was spending more money in throwing away/wasting food than I would pay at Fit Flavors……..so in the end it is worth it to me. All I do is put my meal in the microwave and in 2 minutes I have a healthy proportioned meal in front of me. Also, I had the luxury of meeting Jillian (the owner) not that long ago. I was floored that the store owner would be in the store working. She stated that she is there all the time. To me that makes a big statement. She talked with me about the menu items and about fitness and gave some great advice. She was so welcoming, friendly, and educated in what she was telling me. She really impressed me and I was so glad that I could thank her in person for changing my life. She is not the only one that is welcoming and friendly as her staff is as well. I had the pleasure of visiting the Fit Flavors Chesterfield location for the first time, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. My primary purpose was to explore their new Fall Menu items, and from the moment I walked in, I was met with a warm and inviting atmosphere.

I was immediately greeted with a warm smile by the friendly staff, which set the tone for what would be a great visit. Their dedication to customer service truly stood out, and they went above and beyond to make my first experience memorable.

One of the highlights of my visit was exploring the new menu. Fit Flavors has always been known for their commitment to providing healthy and delicious options, and it did not disappoint.

The staff was more than happy to provide recommendations and share their personal favorites, which added a personal touch to my dining experience. The attention to detail and the commitment to creating a welcoming environment. The staff's knowledge of the menu, their willingness to accommodate dietary preferences, and their genuine passion for providing wholesome meals made me feel like a valued guest.

Customer service has gone downhill. According to the website, they offer a 30-day return policy but, it is really a 0-day. I've been buying meals here for over two years but will probably leave.

Staff at the location on Olive are very aggressive not one step in the door and they want to know if they can help you find anything. I usually say well, maybe if I look around first..... quite intense. Other locations are much better but, lack the authority to approve an exchange. Seems ridiculous to email them to ask for a refund since they could not complete an exchange in the first place. They refused a refund after several back-and-forth emails. All I asked for was an exchange for 2 items I never returned anything before and I've spent thousands with them. I will not pull down...
