Reading is fundamental, so i did waste my own time, but this location helped as well. I came in to pick up an online order, and I saw a kiosk for pick up but was unsure how it worked. Only two associates and 5 customers, including me, when I walked in. No one greets you, and all seem pretty friendly once your turned to be helped. But I waited 30 minutes just for an associate who must've been getting off break or lunch to come in and assist a GROUP of people who literally walked in 15 minutes after me because they said, "excuse me can I get help." So, I, the customer who should of been next intercepted, and I can tell I caught her off guard. Her coworkers who were on the floor the entire time should have informed her that I was next but didn't so I can tell I startled her when i addressed her. I haven't had any other bad experiences here so after this time I probably will stick with my usual kays location off Lindbergh. Even though this is the only local outlet location. Overall my order was not there and the text was informing me that it was en route to the store and not at the store. Oops. But I'm dreading going back, so I should've just gotten delivery. Ugh. Read moreI had purchased earrings for my wife as a surprise for her berthday. The pair that they had was bent and would not clasp shut. The manager of the store said she could fix it. She took it to the back and got it to clasp but it was now bent sideways. At this time I said I don't want them. So she said to buy them and they would order a new pair and I could bring them back for an exchange. I said my wife could not know about this......... so I gave them my cell # and asked them to text not call my home phone when the other pair came in. I emphasized not to call more then a dozen times to the salesman and manager. Even exchanging # with the sales person who was supposed to handle it. This way I would know who was texting me. Three Business days later The lady manager calls my home phone. My wife looks at caller ID and answers it. All over by this point. She only asked for me and never said she was from Kay's but still, what do I say to my wife at this point. Read moreUnfortunately I have to leave a one star review. I went to their LeVian Trunk show in January of this year and bought an amazing ring for a great price for my grandmothers 80th birthday. They told they would send it off to LeVian to resize it and it would be back by her birthday party which was over a month away. Well that day came and went and still no ring. Apparently they sent it to their company to fix which they couldn’t do so they had to wait for it to come back before sending to LeVian like they were going to do from the beginning. The waiting wasn’t the worse part, the worst was I was never updated about the ring until I called each time myself to see where it was.
