If I could give the store zero stars I would. The customer service I received today is horrible I went into store to make a purchase and I have a gift card from a week ago from the last purchase I had returned and come to find out they said my gift card is empty. What do you mean empty your employee here it’s on the receipt I have proof that money should be in that gift card they are saying there’s no money so I had to call corporation and everything to get involved The manager is so rude she did not even want to help us, she made us do it but my phone was not going through and I had to go back inside the store and she called for us but she really did not want to help Us they were talking about us the whole time and their head sets in their ears. I do not live in the area, but my husband does and he wished to purchase a bag and wallet to send to me in New York and Andrea was incredibly helpful and patient with us through the whole process. She ensured the link was sent for payment without any hassles no matter how long it took for him to pay. She also ensured the items were put on hold for me until I was able to complete the payment as I have been really dedicated to this purchase. In the future I am excited to continue shopping from the chesterfield location knowing how helpful they are and that they’ve got my back. Read moreI hate to give it a one star because the employees are wonderful but the manager is awful. She’s a small woman with long, dark hair and she has a sour look on her face always. I’ve been going there for years and she’s always the same. She’s always in a bad mood, always makes you feel like she’s doing you a favor by being allowed to shop in her store, she seems miserable, she’s rude to customers, always looks angry and makes you feel very unwelcome. The rest of the staff is always pleasant, but she needs a profession that doesn’t involve the public. I’ve had other people complain about her when I mentioned it to them.
