This place is a joke. It ended up taking almost 3 months to get my wife's ring back. I called again and again and they kept telling me they would get a status on what was going on and call me back and never did. We were afraid they had lost the ring since they would never tell us where it was or tracking number or anything. We were adding a wedding band to her engagement ring and they soldered it on tilted. I dont trust them to take it back to get fixed since it took 3 months to get it back in the first place. I delt with everyone there and Courtney was the only one that ever followed up or seemed to care. I talked to Samantha and Vinnie several times and was promised to be called back but that never happened from either of them. They did nothing to try to make it better for us.
