I still love this store. They have a good selection of products and a variety of colors to match any kitchen decor.

Every time I have shopped, I am amazed at the knowledge of the sales associates working. The other day, I listened to Gail explain the difference between two products to another customer and I was so impressed, I almost bought the skillet, too. She was very thorough.

Le Creuset is an expensive product. So for some, the prices at this outlet store may still seem high. However, you get what you pay for and this is a quality product at a reduced price point.

Today, all I bought was a new Hydration Bottle in Flame for the gym. I couldn't pass it up for only, $10.

Went in to just price check items between the outlet store and online. Came out with our FULL set! We were able to get all the pieces we wanted and needed spending less than we would of online or in Macy’s. The customer service is fantastic! Mary worked with us for an hour and took a detailed list on what we wished to have. She then gathered all of the pieces for us and placed them away while we kept shopping. Tom was another fantastic person as two pieces we wished to have were not in the store BUT he found the store that had them and got them shipped to our home! They helped load our vehicle and took care to wrap any pieces that didn’t have boxes so they wouldn’t get damaged. Thank you...

Wow! We have been to this store many times and have purchased a lot of items. We swear by the la creuset brand but the service we received today was terrible. The associate was extremely rude about my mask not being on properly. I stated I would leave so she said go spread your germs elsewhere. Then I called to speak to a manager I found out said associate was the manager Victoria. When I tried to talk to her she told me to go f* myself. Mind you I was in my car on Bluetooth at the time so my 10 year old daughter got a great lesson in...
