COACH Outlet — Local services in Chesterfield

Coach Prestige Outlet at Chesterfield in Missouri is the best Coach outlet I have ever visited. Manager Angie and all the employees there are so helpful and wonderful. They are so friendly. Every time I go there I get a worm welcome. Everyone makes sure that I am able to find out what I am looking for. They have such great collections of not only outlet products but all retail stuffs. They accept returns with a happy face. I was there last week to return some items that I brought online. I was also looking for a very popular and rare retail bag which is very hard to find. I told Angie about that and she was able to pull up the item in their system and said that they had only 2 left and their store didn’t have it.She provided me with the phone numbers of 2 different stores and said that I can call them to see if they can do phone orders. That store didn’t do phone orders, so she personally talked to them and did a transfer of that bag from the other store to theirs. She called me couple of days later saying that my bag has arrived and I can pick up any time. Today I was there and picked up the beauty. Angie was not there but another SA TJ helped me out. He has previously helped me out getting some retail items. All the other employees, I don’t know everyone’s name has helped me out getting me something or the other. I am so thankful and grateful to all the wonderful people working there for helping me out in getting such a beautiful and hard to find bag. Everyone must visit the Coach Prestige Outlet. They have the best people working there and they have the best collection. I plan to go back again and again and keep making...

This is the worst outlet I have EVER been to. I called on a Monday and asked if the purse I purchased was still the same price because I needed to exchange it for a different color. I told them I would be in the next day of which I did bright and early right as they opened. So I am at the counter and waiting for them to finish the exchange when she said my total. Confused I said I was told it was the same price just last night, that's when an assistant manager chimed in yes it changed late last night. So I asked you don't honor what was said to me, her response was sorry no we do not. I said it's the same exact purse but different color I bought it just 3 days prior and nothing is wrong with it and you're telling me you won't honor what was said to me. At this point she said I'm but the price changed this morning and i can't change it. At this point I left, but then realized she changed the time so I went back in and this point the General Manager chimed in and said we aren't changing it. So I even called corporate afterwards and even they were confused as to why she wouldn't corporate even called the store to verify and the General Manager flat out said to corporate I'M NOT GOING TO LOWER IT. Seriously what is this store issue, so I went down the street to the Coach Outlet at the Prestige Outlet and they swapped it no hassle and was shocked the store acted the way they did. hi good afternoon i bought a $ 500 mens coach black leather carrying bag. after having this bag for about 1and a half almost 2 years and the strap broke. let me remind you on a $500 bag you will think a strap wont break ,the strap is made and stitched into the bag its made so its very hard for these straps to break. called customer service and explain to them what happen and they had me call the store where i bought it from. and they told i will have to pay either for another bag are pay to send it in.you will think they will replace a $500 bag , but no they wont money , no bag shouldnt break after 2 years and the store told on those bags they normally last and start to wear in about 2 years , if i would of known that i would of never bought anything from coach. what bag straps only last 2 years , i know women with old purses last forever but my $ 500 expensive coach only lasted 1year and half to 2 years not a good product, please dnt buy from this store there policy on there products is bad !!!!!!!!! they want do anything for after a year regardless how much it cost . i will NEVER BUY FROM COACH...
