LOFT Outlet — Local services in Chesterfield

I’m a huge fan of Loft clothes especially Loft Outlet. I used to work at a Loft years ago. Being a military spouse Ive lived in several different cities so I have shopped in alot of Loft Outlet stores. This particular Loft Outlet in Chesterfield MO has horrible customer service. Ive visited this store on 5 or 6 different occasions in the past year spending over $100 each visit. First of all the workers never greet me when I walk in, second they see me walking around the store with a stack of clothes in my arm but don't ask me if Id like a room started. When I approach a worker and say Id like to start a room they seem bothered, and my biggest pet peeve is there is never anyone in the fitting room to help me if I need a different size or just to check on me in general. Ive had to redress and go out on the floor and get a different size just to have to undress and try on again. And lastly, its bad enough the checkout process takes longer than it should even though there are usually like 3-5 workers on the floor but the workers never smile or thank me for shopping. There is ZERO enthusiasm. Come on Loft. Please bring someone in to train and give this store some lessons on proper customer service. Take a lesson from the Loft Outlet in Williamsburg Va. The clothing and prices are great. However the service leaves more to be desired. The young ladies aren't friendly. I've shopped here multiple times.
