Michael Kors Outlet — Local services in Chesterfield

Walked in the store and the first thing the staff said to me was I cannot be in their without a mask. After stating I had a medical condition they stated it’s a company wide policy that unless I put one on I would not be helped and I had to leave. I once again stated I had a condition and she stated unless I put one on I was not allowed to spend money. I had intentions of buying a luggage duffel bag, a cross body, and a new tote bag. What would have been a very simple sale turned into being treated rudely when the clerk said in a way which I took as a “not my problem you can’t shop here”. I left the store and went elsewhere. I was welcomed at that store and a staff member walked over and helped me with all three bags I needed. I was in and out in under 10 mins with three new designers bags purchased at another outlet store in the Chesterfield area. The store has relatively good prices. I Was able to get the same purse MK online had for $50 less! Another purse I saw was $48 more at this outlet. Just make sure you window shop both places first if you’re looking for a deal.

The only thing I did not like was the salesperson by the name of “Heather”. I have shopped there a few times this month and noticed both times her attitude is horrible!!!....unfriendly, whispering to coworkers about customers ,definitely unapproachable and very snobby as if her Dad is The Michael Kors!

Working at a top designer’s store does NOT mean your so high and mighty that you now lack customer service skills! I will NOT let this underpaid, unhappy sales associates keep me from shopping here!

I was at this store both yesterday and today for a 3 bag deal. My mother bought it yesterday and they CHANGED what the offer was to match what they decided and did NOT match the picture combo you could do. My mother quietly accepted and they gave her options for the wristlets. I guess when I walked in I didn’t look ‘rich’ enough and was told I had ONE option for the wristlet. Both days I encountered rude women who staffed the place, the first day I am almost 100% it was the manager too. Joke’s on them as I love a good deal but I’ll go to actual Michael Kors store to pay full price since I have the blessing to be able to afford it and not provide trash service their commissions.
