This location makes the Polo Ralph Lauren brand look like trash. This by far is the worst Polo Store I have ever been to. While trying on clothes in the dressing room an associate opened the door to let a male shopper in while I was dressing. She didn't even knock or look in the dressing room before she opened the door. She unlocked the door and walked away. Horrified and in tears, I explain to my husband what had happened. While looking for a GM, not surprising at all that most the associates, including the manager, were huddled up talking in a corner and playing on their phones. No one paying attention to customers. The manager was very nonchalant and said this happens because they have a lot of new staff and they forget to knock before they open the fitting room doors.    Read moreI absolutely love their selection of clothing. But they sold me 2 left shoes and it was for a special event yesterday evening. I had to waste gas to drive all the way back out their for an exchange, only to have to do a full return because they wouldn't let me look around due to them just closing. I just went with what I had in my closet already. And now I'm considering returning the shirt since I didn't wear it. Also some of their employees are on the...
Read moreI am appalled at what I saw when I was in the store. A blonde woman was screaming at a worker and told him to take off his disgusting rainbow f@g pin while he was in the store. I asked another employee if it was a customer and they said no it was their boss's boss. I am disgusted that a company like Ralph Lauren would do such things to their LGBT employees. I will never shop in this store again and I will be sure to spread the word of such...
