Pepper Palace — Local services in Chesterfield

We had a great time visiting the Pepper Palace at the St Louis Outlet mall! The Purgatory hot sauce is being released July 25th, but we were able to get a sample of it today. This girl right here is the Purgatory Queen she took one droplet like a champ and got her well-earned sticker! Donovan was great and very passionate about his job! He was telling us how he sampled "the end" hot sauce at his job interview and got hired. He had a great personality and took his hot sauces very seriously! Really enjoyed speaking with him because he was very knowledgeable about the hot sauces. Not only how they taste but also the ingredients that are in them as well, and the Scoville units for each one, that's a lot to remember! He said his job was really entertaining, and he enjoyed working there and talking to new people and trying to convince them to try their hottest hot sauces! Great employee and great...

On 12-17-23 we had a terrible experience at Hot Sauce Werks in St. Charles (specifically with Robert Palleja) so we decided to visit Pepper Palace which more than made up for the rotten visit elsewhere. The gal at Pepper Palace was incredibly friendly and very helpful. After signing their waiver she allowed my son to try the Flat Line Sauce which he was very excited to try. She also made up a concoction which included a sample of all the hottest sauces in the store, mixed with a horseradish, that he was able to try on a chip. I wish I knew the gals name that helped us out so I could call corporate and let them know how wonderful she was. Regardless, I gladly spent more money at this store last night because it was such a great experience. Thank you!!!
