Art of Pure should really have 10+ stars!! This place is AMAZING!! If you are looking for clean beauty products that help nourish and refresh your skin, well this is a one stop shop with them all. I was able to attend a wonderful interactive master class by Laurel which left my skin glowing and radiant. There are many sustainable natural products besides skincare like scented candles that transport you to Tahiti, Joshua tree, Goa, Istanbul, Havana and the Palo Santo scents are divine. There is something for everyone from bath salts, makeup, skin care, soaps from national parks, cupcake toothpaste, craft cocktail kits, cupping kits and so much more.. The perfect place to treat yourself and to treat a bestie with an authentic gift. The owner is truly passionate and devoted to providing the very best products as well as a serene and classy ambiance to browse, learn, trial and enjoy!! I received an email from them with a 15% coupon to complete my purchase for the item in my cart on their website. The item in my cart was included in their email to me with a coupon code to use to complete that particular purchase. When I tried to use the coupon code it stated that it could not be applied to the purchase. I emailed them and called them that they in fact had sent me the coupon to use to complete that particular purchase and the item was shown. No where on the discount code were any exclusions mentioned and again, they sent me the coupon for what was displayed in my cart. When I spoke to Luna on 3/21/22, she told me that they had recently done something to the website and there was no discount for the item in my cart despite the fact that they sent me the coupon for what was displayed in my cart. This is bait and switch coupled with poor business practices. They should have honored the coupon that they sent me, not once, but twice. I live in Chicago but don't often get into "the city" so it's great to be able to shop online. There's always a great selection, and they have a rewards program in addition to samples placed in your order. The only time I had an issue was with shipping, turned out they were closed due to severe cold plus they a delay with the product selected (supplier issue), but they responded immediately with options to make me a continued happy customer.
