Harmonious Delight: A Musical Journey with Mr. Will at Old Town Music School. Our 8-month-old, Alice, has been thriving in the engaging and enriching 8-week program at the Armitage location in Chicago. We're halfway through, and the transformation we've witnessed in Alice's interaction with music, instruments, and fellow babies is truly remarkable.
Mr. Will, our instructor, deserves a standing ovation for his outstanding teaching skills. Alice's enthusiasm speaks volumes, and it's heartwarming to see her excitement when she recognizes Mr. Will in the classroom on Saturday mornings. His ability to create a vibrant and stimulating environment has contributed significantly to Alice's development.
Each Saturday brings a fresh dose of excitement as Mr. Will introduces new music and activities, keeping the classes dynamic and enjoyable. We can't thank him enough for his dedication and creativity in making every session memorable.
Alice has developed a genuine love for these classes, and we are unequivocally committed to continuing her musical journey at Old Town Music School. This program provides an incredible opportunity for children to connect with music, play, and interact with their peers in a nurturing and ideal setting. Kudos to the Old Town Music School for fostering such a positive and enriching experience for our little ones! We wholeheartedly recommend this program to all parents looking to introduce their children to the wonderful...
Read moreWe are signed up for wiggle worms and we have been loving it. However, I wanted to see if we could drop-in for a Thursday class one week and the customer service I received when I inquired about this was AWFUL! She laughed at me and all she said was “that’s not how it works”. I have been very disappointed in the level of customer service all around. When we go into the music center the front desk is not friendly and they have rudely asked all parents to park strollers elsewhere instead of politely helping them to move their strollers into a more acceptable space. We pay a lot of money for each music session and I would’ve expected better customer service...
Read moreOld Town School of Folk Music is a great place to learn how to play guitar. The program and teachers make it fun and easy to learn how to play, even if you have no experience. I've been taking group lessons from Mary Peterson for 2-1/2 years now and have so much fun learning how to play guitar. I miss playing with a group but the Zoom classes are great until we can all be at the school together again. If you're on the fence about learning...
