I took it back in the very next day and explained to AJAY, the owner, that this must be a defected piece and he refused to exchange it because I didn't have the packaging. "How am I supposed to resell it without the packaging?" he rudely yelled back. Dumbfounded by his response, I told him he cannot resell it regardless, its broken/defected/does not work. Horrible. I bought a vape pen and had to come back the very next day to return it. My vape tastes horrible and burnt even after leaving it to sit an hour.
