Terrible. Bad for business but the doctor is great. His staff is rude. I paid an advance and got refunded for only one card. Then the second card she wanted another worker who wasn't even on the clock to refund it. I asked the lady when the other worker will arrive and she refused to answer . I called and they put me on hold and never answered my questions. They still had the payment not refunded. I had to come back to ask in person because the phone was on hold for an hour. Then the first woman calls the one who is supposed to refund the second card. The rudest phone call when I hear Teresa say "she still freaking there" . And the other lady "of course she won't leave". Of course I haven't had any confirmation when I was or who was refunding me no receipt. And no idea. The doctor is good but unaware how his staff is unpredictable. I don't write reviews often but if anyone sees this and is booking around the age of 20 be aware they will ask for I'd and social in paperwork . No spa derma. Skinovatio---. Ellehomme. Shot bar. absolutely the worst experience.. I paid a lot of money for such an awful experience.. the girl who did my treatment did not even look at my skin prior to the treatment her knowledge was questionable due to the repetitive questions I was asked by her during the treatment… the Dr came in randomly injected a few spots on my face - my understanding was that the”human” stem cells would be injected not rubbed all over my face … I was given expired products… to top it off I lost my keys when I text and asked if they could please look everywhere for them even possibly outside of the facility… meaning elevator hallway.. I was informed by the manager that my keys are not their responsibility which I agree with I was only asking since I live so far away …kindness...
